I've been buying Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness pretty regularly. It's $3.24 for a quart (32 ounces), and my favorite part is that it has 120% zinc per serving. In addition, each serving has 120% vitamin A, 105% vitamin C, 30% folic acid, 15% vitamin B6, 30% vitamin B12, and 150% manganese. Most of these minerals and vitamins aren't naturally from the fruits though.
Odwalla Superfood has 20% Vitamin C, 8% Iron vs 15% in Green Goodness, 20% Iodine, and 10% Manganese. They're both green, but Superfood looks especially thick. It tasted better than it looked fortunately. The nutrient content of Superfood doesn't look especially super though. The plus side is it's more "natural" if that matters.
Considering the price and the other nutrients, I'll have to go with more Green Goodness. The kiwi on the package is irresistible too. I see a whole shelf for Naked Juice and a whole shelf for Bolthouse Farms, and a single space for Superfood. You would think Coca-Cola would get a clue.
